If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Under EU Withdrawal Rights

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for:

Standard delivery costs (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

2. Orders Outside the European Union

For orders delivered outside the European Union:

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (All Regions)

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Clear photos of the item and packaging
A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

Offer a full refund, or
Send a replacement at no additional cost

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Homenest.
